It's been a while

It's been a while since my last blog,(this almost sounds like I should be in a box with a priest sat behind a screen!), and I have been busy trying to promote both my shops and my Pet Portrait businesses.

I am getting a few sales through my shop on Folksy www.folksy.com/shops/juliemphotography but it is mostly the hand made cards that are selling, not that I am complaining, but it would be nice to sell a few photographs.

I have now ventured into Encaustic Art, which if like myself upto a month ago,you have never heard of, is painting with wax using a hot iron. It is very relaxing, and the results, if your like me and can't draw a straight line, even with a ruler, produces surprising results. So if you would like to purchase some truly original Artwork, just pop into my Folksy shop and take a look.

I also had a Pet Portrait Session on Sunday, where I met this beautiful ball of fluff named Snowy, and his lovely doting owners. There is nothing like meeting other dog lovers on a sunny day and just chilling with them.

Looking forward to the Bank Holiday and getting out and about with the camera in the sunshine, have a good weekend everyone, and don't forget to check out my shop, and all the other wonderful shops on Folksy.

So many web-sites so little time

Afternoon all.
I am beginning to feel so swamped by all the forum, blogs, twitters, facebook and other sites that I am promoting on, that I have been neglecting my own personal web-site.
I haven't been properly promoting it for a while, and it shows. (Google Analytics is a wonderful thing)
So this is all about www.juliemonkphotography.com
Here you will find an abundance of images, which can be purchased on my site via Pay Pal. You can choose the size and have an option for posters which are printed on a Epsom professional large format printer; onto 350g semi-matte paper. Or as a canvas print which is printed on brilliant white canvas.
Just click on the image that you like and go to the drop-down menu for size and finish.
Please feel free to visit the guest-book and leave any feed-back or comments, I would love to know what you think.
I now really need to get on with the garden and water my veg, which is growing really well, considering that I just plant them and let them get on with it.
Have a great week, and don't forget to visit.
Julie
